Full weekend | Destination planning & Coordination

The planning and coordinating process can start 12 months prior to the event and will end within a month after the event. We will be in constant communication with the wedding couple throughout the planning

Includes
• 14 hours of consultations
• 3 venue visits
• Budget management
• Sourcing, booking and managing of all necessary service providers
• Putting together a three day program
• Overseeing venue set-ups
• Wrap up meeting after the wedding (if necessary
• Following up on any breakage deposits and outstanding payments
• Working alongside a travel planner for any and all necessary travel arrangements necessary (booking of flights, accommodation etc.)
• Arranging any necessary site visits, hair & makeup trials, menu tastings etc.
• On-the-wedding-day coordination from
08h00 until the final “event” or 22h00 | 12 hours of coordination in total for the additional 2 events
• Assisting in arranging additional activities/tours for out of town guests.

Excludes:
• Guest list management – sending of invitations, managing RSVPs etc.
•Day-before venue set up & Day-after breakdown
• Sourcing and booking of wedding outfits

wedding | Coordination

The coordinating process will start 3 months prior to the wedding. At this stage we will sit down with you to get an overview of your needs for the day. Within the final month you will complete our detailed wedding questionnaire that will assist in the handover of all necessary details for the wedding day. Within the final 2 weeks before the wedding we will do a venue visit with you to walk through all of your wedding day details on site.

Includes :
• 4 hours of consultations
• 1 venue visit
• Overseeing venue set-up
• Wrap up meeting after the wedding (if necessary)
• Liaising with all necessary service providers within the final weak leading up tp the wedding.
• On-the-day coordination from 08h00 until the final ‘event’ or 22h00
